Every skill is acquired through practice.
We do not utilize the "cry it out" method of sleep training. You do not need to hire a specialist to shut the door to the nursery and walk out.
Every skill your baby learns takes practice. Sleeping is no different. When a baby learns to crawl, they struggle, they roll and squirm, they get up on their knees and begin to scoot. They get frustrated and sometimes they get stuck and cry. When a baby learns to walk, they fall down. They cry. They get back up and they try again. Instead of limiting your baby's efforts to crawl and walk, you encourage them and praise them when they try. You support them in their efforts. You comfort them.
Our method of sleep learning is compassionate and caring. We are there to reassure your baby that they are safe and loved.
Learning to connect sleep cycles can be challenging - and that's why you're here! We are confident that we can help your family.
our Sleep learning option give you a reset button.
Getting a good night's sleep is not only essential for adults,
it plays a key role in cognition and physical growth for your baby that may last a lifetime.
At around 10 - 12 weeks of age, infants begin to establish a circadian rhythm.
We are more than happy to step in and help your whole family get back on track with a sleep learning intensive.
Studies show that:
Sleep plays a key role in early development
Central nervous system structure maturation depends on the regulation of the sleep/wake cycle.
Similar to adults, better sleep benefits memory and language learning.
Sleep efficiency and longer periods of night time sleep were significantly associated with better cognitive problem-solving skills
Infants who woke more at night performed poorer in memory generalization tasks.
Because sleep plays a role in energy balance and the regulation of the hormones - melatonin, cortisol, leptin, ghrelin, insulin like growth factor -1, prolactin and growth hormone,
Quantity and quality of sleep can cause weight gain or stunt growth and impair hormone release.
Children age 6 months to 2 years who slept less than 12 hours a day were at increased risk of higher BMI (body mass index), skinfold thickness and were at higher risk for obesity.
On the other end of the spectrum, stunting was also associated with shorter night sleep duration,
more night waking and shorter naps.

February 2026 - SLI - 7 months old - Bonnie changed our lives!! Our 7 month old (6 month adjusted age) would only do contact naps during the day, with all of those being cat naps for short periods. She was constantly overtired, and at night she would sleep in her Snoo for a few hours before waking up and refusing to sleep anywhere but with me, eating all night long. It was unsustainable and we were all exhausted. Every attempt we had made to put her in her crib had failed miserably. Bonnie came to do the 3 night sleep intensive with us and it was the best money we have ever spent. With minimal crying involved, she got our girl on a routine sleeping in her own room in her own crib for 2 naps during the day (each one being an hour and a half to two hours long), and night weaned her - so she is now sleeping from 7:30 PM-7:30AM every night with no overnight feeds! We are so relieved to not be nap trapped 24/7. It has given us back the gift of time (and sleep) and given our daughter the gift of sleep and a consistent schedule. She is so much happier now!! Bonnie also continued to help us trouble shoot as needed after leaving and after one week she is going down consistently with hardly a fuss!! Everyone who experienced the before and after of our baby is blown away. Bonnie is truly the baby whisperer - we cannot recommend her highly enough!! - Lauren W.
January 2025 - SLI - 3.5 years old - I cannot recommend Bonnie enough! From the moment she met our 3.5-year-old, there was an instant connection. She truly understood our child's unique needs and met her exactly where she was in terms of sleep habits. The plan she created for us was not only clear and realistic, but also sustainable.
The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. She was always responsive, answering all of our questions and offering advice tailored to our specific situation.
Thanks to her, our child is sleeping through the night with no wake ups, and we finally have our sleep back. If you’re looking for someone who can work wonders, I wholeheartedly recommend Bonnie and her team.

60 hour sleep learning intensive - 4.5 months old- If you're reading the reviews, that means you're wondering if you should contact them. Yes, do it, contact them. Sleep is in your future. Our son had some major health issues causing him to be hospitalized from weeks 10-12 of his life and it absolutely rocked what little bit of sleep foundation we had been laying. Once home from the hospital, he was nursing all night and waking almost every hour after almost every sleep cycle looking to nurse to fall back asleep. Every nap during the day was a contact nap. We knew we needed in person hands on support to get our sleep independence back. When he was 4.5 months old, Bonnie came to our home for the intensive sleep sessions and it was the best money we've ever spent. She fully explained her process and during it she was not only helping our baby but also supported our anxieties around the process. In only 3 nights/days, Bonnie left us with a baby who can sleep in his own crib during all naps and at night time. He's sleeping around 11 hours a night and is doing so well. Bonnie is truly a baby whisperer and I would recommend her to any and everyone.

60 hour sleep training intensive - 5 months old - We recently worked with Bonnie for a sleep learning intensive where she came to our house for 3 days straight and helped us sleep train our 5 month old for nights and naps. I was skeptical at first about being able to do both at the same time. And nervous about how it was all going to go. I had nothing to be worried about! Bonnie’s service has helped us ensure we have a well rested baby and we are in turn well rested ourselves. I also really liked that she used an app to make real time updates on sleep including detailed notes of what was going on. She also let me use it for a few weeks after so she could follow along and I could ask questions and ensure we were staying on track even after she left. This was the best money spent related to baby so far. Within one day she was putting herself to sleep for both nights and naps and within a few days it involved a low amount of crying. Within a couple of weeks we stopped having false starts and waking up during naps (and even leading up to that it was only a couple of times in those few weeks). Our baby now has a very solid routine and sleep thanks to everything we learned from Bonnie during those 3 days but also since. She made herself available for follow up questions which was also super helpful. She even helped us figure out we were ready for two naps and gave us the confidence to make the change. And she gave me advice on how to handle a trip with a time zone change. I was happy to report back that sleep went just as smooth on the trip as it did at home! If we have a second baby I likely would engage Bonnie again for her help because it’s just so much better having the support instead of doing it all yourself. I am so glad I found this team! - Heather Robison
60 hour sleep learning intensive - 7 months old (2022) & 3 years old (2025)
2025 -Our son slept wonderfully thanks to Bonnie until he turned 3. That’s when everything went out the window for him, but luckily we re-hired Bonnie and he is back on track. Her knowledge runs so deep, but on top of that, she makes you feel seen and heard, and doesn’t shame you. She gives practical advice to keep the sleep going and quite frankly, I don’t know how I would have made it through the last few weeks without her!
2022- Before we hired Under the Moon, our son was not sleeping for more than a couple of hours at a time. We would wake up angry, and the only consolation was nursing and holding. It had been like this for seven months and simply was not sustainable anymore. We all needed more sleep, especially Bennett, who was barely clocking 8 hours total with all of his “naps” from night to morning, even with sleeping in our bed, and daytime naps were spotty. But after Bonnie came into the picture, everything changed! We did the 3-day sleep intensive and our son is sleeping 11+ hours at night and takes two solid naps each day. We couldn’t be more grateful. Bonnie is absolutely amazing and was such a joy to have in our home - I actually miss having her! She was a huge help during the day and night, in addition to the sleep, so that my husband and I were able to enjoy a couple of dates! We 100% recommend the sleep learning intensive!" - Amanda Polk

60 hour sleep training intensive - 5 months old
"Let me just say that our experience with Bonnie was exceptional. We had tried to find a sleep consultant that would help with our 5 month old. We were told by several companies that they could give us material to help but we should be able to correct her sleep ourselves. I was so exhausted (emotionally and physically) because our daughter was refusing to sleep unless someone was holding her (her sleep got extremely messed up after she had RSV and double ear infection). we needed help and were not finding anyone. Finally we were told about Under the Moon and honestly they were a godsend. Abbey responded right away and got us in contact with Bonnie. Bonnie is honestly like our own version of Mary Poppins. She worked her magic on our baby girl. She made us feel so comfortable with her methods. In two days our baby was sleeping well and after our last day of consulting we felt confident and had a 5 month old who was finally able to sleep. Happy baby and happy parents! Bonnie was able to troubleshoot any issues we had and made herself available to help my mom (who takes care of our daughter while I'm working) to make sure we were all on the same page. I cannot speak more highly of Bonnie, even our 2.5 year old son asks us when his new friend Bonnie is coming back over. We were not aware of Under the Moon during our pregnancy but sure wish we had known about them and all of the wonderful services they provide during our pregnancy. Bonnie you were our lifesaver!"
