WHO ARE WE? We are a sleep-focused team of newborn care specialists and certified postpartum doulas.
We'll help implement structure, sleep hygiene and gentle sleep conditioning practices to help your little one naturally sleep longer at night.
The Newborn Dream Team fulfills a long term investment in yours and your baby's health and well being. We will lovingly support your baby as they learn to master independent sleep.
Our service is sleep therapy. Think of it as an investment in your entire family's essential need for sleep. We are not simply "babysitting" at night. We are implementing gentle age appropriate techniques to help your baby go to sleep easier and stay asleep longer.
We are available for questions and counseling throughout and beyond the dates in your contract to make sure you stay on track.

How are we different?
To put it simply, most overnight caretakers (night nannies and postpartum doulas) do not understand the nuances of developmentally appropriate sleep conditioning. While our service will come with a higher hourly rate, our goal is to have your baby independently sleeping and leave you with executable strategies to continue to meet those goals. We are not just night babysitters. The way we respond to your baby is with purpose and intention - to allow them to practice developmentally appropriate independent sleep. We do not practice or condone "cry it out", ever.
We provide EXPERT newborn care, analyze your babies activities and give feedback to you so that your baby's entire care team is providing consistent, goal-oriented and collaborative care.
Instead of getting stuck in the endless cycle of overnight feeding, waking and unsustainable sleep associations with other providers, we'll support you and teach you everything you need to know to feel confident that rested nights are an achievable goal.
