We are experiencing record growth this year! This is an incredible opportunity to work with the best and BE the best.
We are looking for independent contractors - postpartum doulas, Newborn care specialists and infant sleep specialists to work overnight shifts in the Fort Worth metro area. We primarily work in and around Tarrant county.
Applicants must be 100% comfortable in client's homes and highly adaptable with critical thinking skills.
A medical background not required but prior work with newborns is. (Being a parent does not count as work experience.)
You need to have completed or be in the process of training as an NCS, postpartum doula or both.
We take pride in providing non-judgmental support - meaning we support all types of clients and do not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexuality or parenting choices that are different than our own.
Because this is contract work, there are no set hours.
Prior to considering you for work, we require a background check as well as current adult and infant CPR/first aid certification through the American Red Cross (in person training required).

- We assign positions as we gain contracts. Most positions are part time and a few are full time (Overnight shifts usually result in more hours)
- You are not required to be available any specific days or hours. You can set your own schedule and take time off as often as you need. Just let us know when you want to work and we'll match you the best we can.
- Pay will be 1099
