Liz is originally from Newport News, Virginia and is a mother of two wonderful children. She has worked in child and infant care in various capacities for the past 10 years. She has worked in a variety of daycare settings, and became a certified postpartum doula in 2020. After certification, Liz served clients across Maryland and Virginia until recently moving to Texas with her husband and kids where she’s excited to start serving babies and their families once again! She has a passion for organization and believes all families deserve loving care and support.

"My husband and I gave birth to our son via gestational surrogate in Virginia Beach. For the first week of his life, we had the pleasure of working with LIz. She was an absolute angel and really made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. She had great tips for us, was on time or early for every night, and checked in with us during the days. We could tell our son was in good hands and that made us sleep well.
When we left VA Beach to return to our home in the DC area, we sadly had to part ways with Liz. We worked with a few other doulas and can confidently say Liz is a cut above them all. You will not find someone who is more warm, caring, and genuine than Liz. Not to mention she takes fantastic photos that we treasure!

She was the first person I trusted to meet my child at the hospital shortly after giving birth, she has made herself available at all hours during my postpartum journey, and she has been tremendously comforting, encouraging, and kind to me.
